Do you have a minimum order?
Yes trade orders are a minimum of £100 plus postage. We do however offer free shipping when you spend £200. Use code FREESHIPPING.
Do I pay VAT?
As a small business we are not currently VAT registered.
Is credit available?
This is currently not an option but credit and debit card including apple pay payments are accepted when you place your order.
How long is the order processing time?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days from receipt of order and cleared payment.
What happens if I change my mind?
Please cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Card refunds may take up to 10 days to clear.
Can I buy Shine items in smaller quantities?
